Another possibility is MasterCook II.  You can download a demo copy from
several ftp sites.  The publisher (Arion Software) also has a web page
(http://www.arion.com  I think).  It is available in both PC and Mac
versions.  Retails for around $30 US.  Besides being a recipe organizer,
it will give nutrional information and has a menu maker section.
