To the ones of us that are very sensitivity to gluten and other
chemicals, I've come up with a few things the last few months that have
really helped me.
I've been able to track down the things that bother me because of
my very very sensitive knees. With even a small hit of gluten or MSG or
copper yes copper my knees will hurt for hours.
I've tested my well water in the Lab at work trying different thing
s over the last frw months. Water directly from the well before it goes threw
the copper pipes is OK. The water will pick up enough
copper threw the copper pipes that it is easily measured with instruments in
the lab. Be careful with hard water it will give you erronous readings.
My mother has also noticed the same improvement after removing the
copper from her water. It may be just our gene line I have never heard of
anyone else being sensitive to copper. If you want to write and tell me how
crazy I am please feel free. I've had doctors tell me that before.
The second thing that really helped is increase the amount of fiber
per day I take in. After each meal I take half the recommended dose on the
container. Metamucil is OK . I called to check The wafers have gluten but
the mix for liquid is OK.
Keep those letters coming I'm reading every one.
