Here are some things that helped me with major nausea problems:
no caffine, no hot spicey foods (alas), tagamet at bedtime and
before meals, anti nausea wrist bands (surprise, they do seem to
work somewhat, they reduced but didn't eliminate the nausea), no
milk or tums (gave acid rebound). My nausea was apparently due
to a duodenal ulcer which has disappeared on a GF diet
(caution:there is no evidence, however, that I have celiac
disease and there is no evidence the ulcer was related to celiac
disease). It took 3 4 months but I am nausea free for the first
time in 2 years. K. Hughes [log in to unmask]
