Another word of caution.  When purchasing wild rice, read the
ingredients list very carefully.  If it is 100% wild rice, it
should be fine.  But some types mix wild rice with other items.
If wild rice is mixed with brown or white rice, it should be okay.
But, occasionally, wild rice is mixed with macaroni made to look
like rice...a la rice-a-roni.
