Kevin Haney was asking about the programmable Welbilt 150-R bread Machine and
 if two kneading cycles are harmful to the final product.

I have the Welbilt 150-R, and at first I used the programmable timer to shut
 off the second kneading cycle, but it is not necessary, as I have noticed no
 difference in using the same recipes with the regular two kneading "yeast
 bread cycle."  I have made some great tasting loaves from "More from the GF
 Gourmet" by Bette Hagman using the regular cycle.  The main advantage of the
 150-R model is that it will bake quick breads (non yeast-risen, and also has
 a mixing only cycle which you can use for pizza, cookie, or bagel dough.
 Also, you can set it to go on at a later time.  If you only want to use it
 for yeast bread, its not worth buying just to cut out the second kneading
 cycle.
