Hi!  This is my first post (I've been "lurking" for several months).
My father has Celiac and I joined this list to get information for
him. I must say the information shared here has been very
interesting.  Now I finally have some information to share:
 
My sister just called me to tell me about a book that was just
discussed on Dini Petty (a Canadian TV talk show) today.  It's called
"Breaking the Vicious Cycle" by Elaine Gottschall.  It talks about a
diet for those with Chrones, Colitis, Chronic Diarrhea and CELIAC.
The book is $16.95 CDN and can be ordered by calling 1-800-520-DINI.
(This number MAY only work in Canada).
 
Sorry I can't give anymore details...  If anyone has read this book
