"Monari Federzoni" Balsamic Vinegar is gluten free. There is nothing in the
ingredients or manufacturing process that might make it non-GF. Some
manufacturers mix the balsamic vinegar with other distilled vinegars to
control cost and taste but Monari Federzoni is not one of them. I don't
know exactly what makes balsamic vinegar different but as I remember, it has
to do with the grapes that are used and the way they are fermented. A note
of caution, Monari Federzoni and probably other balsamic vinegars contain
sulfites.
