Hi,
You might want to know that every year one of the Celiac groups host a
gluten=free cruise. This year Louisiana group is going on a Steamboat and
the GIG is going to cruise Alaska.

This gives every on a chance to cruise without being afraid of the FOOD.

I had planned to organize a cruise from Boston or New York to Bermuda
before my husband got sick.  Would still do it if I had volunteers to help
out. I was working at a cruise agency who wanted to help me out but Ron's
illness keeps me very busy.

But you should really consider a gluten-free cruise for many reasons/
