Chestnut flour focaccio:
1 1/4C chestnut flour
1 1/4C water
olive oil for greasing the baking pan
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1/4 tsp whole rosemary
1 tbsp olive oil
Beat water & flour to batter consistency. Oil 12-in round pizza tray &
pour batter onto tray. Spread out evenly & top with pine nuts and herbs,
and sprinkle olive oil over the top. Bake at 380deg for 25min or until
golden on top.

When I made this recipe it turned out sort of disgusting, but perhaps other
people will have more luck with it. Any suggestions for improvement would
be welcome!
