I have been unable to find any brand of ricotta that is gluten-free. All of the
brands and types I have looked at in two of our local grocery chains contain
 vinegar.

Does anyone know of a brand that is gluten-free? If I had the manufacturer's
name and address or phone number I could find out if it is distributed locally.
Most stores here are good about special ordering items they don't normally
 carry.

I have not found a good substitute for ricotta (cottage cheese just doesn't have
the same flavor!) and miss it :( . It seems like it should be possible to make
 ricotta without vinegar.

Thanks
