It is clearly in their interest to sell Coke.  It is not in their intererst
to make customers sick however.  What is there to be gained by denying gluten
content and making customers sick?  Won't the disclosure of this hurt far
more than selling a few extra cans?
 
I hate to be promoting a product like Coke that has zero food value, but
let's be fair here.  Did we ever think it may be something other than
gluten???
