I can't speak for La Choy but I do believe that Chun King is a soybean
product and contains no wheat.  As always, CHECK THE LABEL.  Occasionally,
I have found that a regular soysauce put out by a company will be GF
while a low-salt soy sauce by the same company will have wheat.
