I am unable to go into a long message at this time, but before the discussion
starts allow me to make a clarification to the posting.
 
The digest that is being referred to is the E-Digest.  This is the special
edited version of the system digest that is directed at the busy professional
(mainly medical professionals).
 
On Sunday, a special E-digest is schedule for distribution that will allow
subscribed members to easily send to the Listowners, comments about the current
editing of items from the E-Digest.
 
In this case, the subscriber should send two commands in a single email to:

AFD DELETE CELIAC E-DIGEST
SET CELIAC DIGEST
 
Anyone interested in details on the E-Digest should request the information by
submitted to the LISTSERV address:
