I am having further problems with the diet and have decided to try going
off all dairy products and the one meal replacement I have used in the
past I just noticed it contains mono-diglycerides, although it is
lactose free. Does anyone know conclusively whether mono-diglycerides
are ok or not. I am not going to use this product until I know for sure.
