My husband and I will be visiting Toronto, Canada shortly and staying at
the York Hotel.  Any information reagarding restaurants in the area where
I (my husband can eat anything-I am Gluten intolerant) can find food that
is acceptable on the GF Diet.

Also, I had heard that in Canada they add flour to their salt and pepper?
Please confirm whether or not these are safe condiments and if there are
any other "Country specific" warnings I should be aware of.  This will be
our first trip to Canada--I am kind of apprehensive but looking forward
to taking my first vacation since being diagnosed as having CD.
