San J makes a great gluten free soysauce, both normal and low sodium.
it's called:
Organic Whole Soybean
Tamari
Wheat free soy sauce.
 they only add alcohol distilled from corn, whereas most add alcohol
distilled from wheat or other grains with gluten. . >
