The CSA product listing indicates that Kellogg's Almond NutriGrain cereal
is GF. I bought it and called the 800 # to ask about the malt flavoring
(The flakes are rice). The rep said it was from corn and BARLEY and so
not GF. However, she asked me alot of questions and wrote down my idea
that they just use corn in this product. She said my replies would be
forwarded to the appropriate dept. I thought that if ALOT of us called
expressing interest in this product, perhaps they would reformulate the
malt flavoring. My husband ate the cereal this a.m. and said it was
very good. I'm sorry that I don't have the 800# with me but it is on the
box. A replacement for Kenmei sure would be nice. The rep
enthusiastically told me that I could eat Corn Pops but I told her it
just wasn't the same!!
