<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>>
I have just found "Bob's Red Mill" Wheat Free Biscuit & Baking Mix. I have
not tried it yet, but on the back of the package there is a recipe for an
Impossible Pie (this recipe is also on the Bisquick box). There is also a
recipe for Shortcake on the bag.
I have not called to verify anything about cross contamination but from the
ingredient list everything seems to be gluten free:
Stone ground white rice and garbanzo beans, non-aluminum baking powder
(sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium
phosphate, calcium sulphate), xanthan gum, salt, cream of tartar, baking soda.
If anyone needs more information about this product or recipes please feel
free to E-mail me and I will send you whatever information I have.
I hope this helps.
Cindy
