I've just gone through two days of watery diarrhea and stomach pain,
similar to what I used to experience before I was diagnosed with
gluten intolerance. The only thing new to my diet is a vitamin E
capsule I took approximately 24 hours before the reaction. The
label lists the only ingredient as 'd-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate'.
Can anyone shed some light on this? Is there gluten in vitamin E
or should I look elsewhere for the source of my reaction?
