Does anyone have a recipe for tortillas excluding both gluten and
corn? I'm not a celiac (to my knowledge) but am allergic to wheat
and corn. And many thanks to the list and its members--I have been
lurking and learning, buying a bread machine on the basis of discussion
here and let me tell you, hanging a lip over a sandwich is a real
treat after months of abstinence.
