Hi. I'm a new member and just learning how to E-Mail so I'm sure you will
understand why it took me awhile to respond. On Fri. April 27th. someone
asked if anyone knew a way to get the paddle out of the bread when using a
bread machine. A crochet hook works great. I got this tip from a book titled
"The Bread Machine Magic book of Helpful Hints" by Linda Rehberg & Lois
Conway. Don't confuse this with their other book "Bread Machine Magic".

Last week there was a lot of talk about vinegar. When I was diagnosed six
years ago my doctor told me to stay away from wheat, oats, rye and barley.
I did this for a year and was still in pain. I thought I must not have Celiac
and went to see another Gastroenterologist. He explained about vinegar and
vinegar products. It took a few more months but I was finally out of pain. I
know for sure I can not have white distilled vinegar.
