Glycerides are another of those intrinsically gluten free ingredients that
can have gluten in them from the "carrier" (solvent??).

To which products has anyone had a gluten reaction that they then traced
to that product's glyceride?

Several peanut butters, for example have glycerides in them -- yet despite
gluten free claims from Reese and Hunt Wesson for some of theirs, I can't
get a satisfactory response as to whether any "carrier" was even identified
as part of their checking process.
