We don't eat many hotdogs in this house ;-), but you might want to check
with the manufacturers of the kosher hotdogs available in your area
(Hebrew National, Shofar, Margareten are a few national brands).  They
are guaranteed to be casein free, and, if no fillers are used, will be
gluten-free as well.  If there is a Passover run made, I'll check 'em out
and let you know.
