Hi!

My information is that most MSG manufactured in the USA and Canada is
Gluten-Free. However most MSG manufactured in China is derived from gluten.
MSG is imported from China into the USA and Canada.  Therefore one doesn't know
if the MSG on the label is gluten-free or gluten-derived.  You can verify this
