Chris,
I commend you for redialing that doctor's office and telling his nurse what
you did. We should all try to educate our doctors about the disease. I ask
every newly diagnosed celiac who attends our meetings or call for a patient
information packet, to share the whole packet and info with their doctor.
That way the word will eventually get out.
