I have read reports that Blue cheese also sometimes contains bread
crumbs, and my mom and I have had problems with it in (those saladsthat
they always put blue cheese on; I forgot the name).  It is not something
that is always added.  Thus, if you really love blue cheese, you should
call the various companies and find out.
