I would like to know if there is anyone who is Diabetic as well as
Celiac. I am looking for someone to exchange recipes with. I can cook
and bake gluten-free but am still having trouble mastering sugar-free.
Our five year old son is diabetic and Celiac and we feel he is missing
out on quite a few school snacks only because I can't figure out what to
use for sugar replacement. Everything gets bitter.

Another question. Brown rice syrup is processed by using barley enzyme.
Can anyone tell me if this is gluten-free or if I should stear away from
using this product.

Thanks for any help I can get.

Pat W.
