I have found that adding 1/4 cp. more of flour will give you the consistency
for bread dough. You will find it easier to add a little more flour then try
to extract water after the blend cycle starts and you realize you now have a
soup rather than a dough. Wish you luck. Don't worry be happy, you'll catch
