The nvda user guide is a piece of usless junk it does not explain 
anything and this is a very good example of this.  If I want to use the 
context menu in the edge brouser then I have to be in focus mode and not 
in brouse mode.  This never use to be a problem.  I switched to firefox 
and I don't have the problem. That problem has been solved now if we can 
solved our windows update issue on windows 11.  The issue here is that 
when you check for updates on windows 11 you only hear that an update is 
down loading installing but you don't hear what the update is or the 
percentages.  This is not an issue on windows 10 but it is an issue on 
windows 11 I have called the Microsoft disability answer desk to report 
this issue.
