Hi,
I am not always in agreement with my progressive friends (duh).  You are surprised?  Regardless, I am in agreement with an open letter published in Harper’s by a number of progressive thinkers and writers.  I am glad to see it.  I am relieved to be able to stand with them. While we would disagree on various issues and topics that could be expressed through free speech, I find rich agreement with the value on free speech, the ability to debate our differences and to do so with good faith toward one another.
