The version of WebEx I was using was the Website. I've got Windows 10, and I use the Chrome browser. When I pressed enter on the link in the email, the website opened up. That's where I was able to find and activate controls. I think I used the arrow keys, but there wasn't a whole lot, so that wasn't an inconvenience.


I know I've used WebEx in Android, and I remember

  having a good experience, but it's been a while. Maybe I'll try it again for my next meeting in a couple of weeks.
