Dear Andrea Hartl-Zotter,
Please find a rather old e-mail from Sylvia Korotky about humor.

Subject: Humor in Gestalt Therapy

Hi Phil and everybody:

Personally, I use humor in therapy when it arises spontaneuosly- and I enjoy
it very much (and the clients enjoy it as well, which its more important) .
I think its a way to go through some small resistences that arenīt big
enough to work with them. But there must be many other benefits of it.

I know from a Gestalt therapist from Mexico- Hector Salama- who
dedicated to that subject, integrating humour in Gestalt Therapy. I donīt
know if he knows english, it would be nice to hear what he has to say about
it ( he has e-mail and I recently wrote to him).

Bye, Sylvia
