Hi

About a week ago I subscribed to the Microsoft store updates list and
checked out the RSS fetcher in Microsoft Edge and also accidentally opened
one drive but then closed it again as I haven't used it and there is now an
option where I'm asked to create a Microsoft account but I'm ignoring that,
not sure if this is the cause but since then the list of recent documents in
Word 2016 doesn't speak, the arrows are silent when I press them but I
presume they are still displayed visually as I opened a few randomly and
nothing seems wrong, just the list not speaking, never had this since I
started using Windows 10 in November 2017 and I'm wondering if anything
could also have changed from horizontal to vertical, when things go vertical
in Explorer I notice certain things become silent and I them simply restart
the desktop, not shut down and it solves it or returns to normal itself
after different lengths of time but it doesn't do this with this issue so
not sure what to do as I don't have sighted help, I've also never had the
format changed from horizontal to vertical in either Edge or Chrome,
Window-Eyes does have a setting to read vertical but it's a mission to, so
I've never done it.
