Hi,

My situation is similar. I have found that there is a fairly active
market in used Romeo and juliet embossers from Enabling Technologies.
The Romeo does one sided Braille, the Juliet does interpoint Braille,
both are capable of tactile graphics. Though the Juliet can actually
produce large volumes of interpoint Braille, I don't know of any lower
cost embossers than these two as used products. Just make sure the
embosser has been serviced recently as having it serviced yourself is
pretty darn expensive. I see these units for prices ranging from about
$500 to about $1,500. New Juliets are thre times that cost. I see them
advertised on Blind Bargains.

Good luck,
Bill
