HI Harry,

I'm not sure what to say. I would have to see your file. One possibility is that you accidentally edited the text when you were trying to find something. So when you find these links, do you paste them into a browser to open them?

Thanks,
Dan

Subject: [VICUG-L] the find command is not working

Hi all,

Using Jaws 2020 on a windows 10 desktop.

This problem is weird. I'm in my bookmarks file, it's a text file in word pad, with the name of the bookmark, then the link for it.

When I press control f for find, and type the word blind, it takes me to the bookmark for blind abilities.

However, when I type the word voice, and press enter, it doesn't take me to the bookmark for voice of the nations blind blog, it takes me to a bookmark that says something I'm not even looking for, with not even the word voice, in it.

Can someone tell me what is going on?

It doesn't do this for any other bookmark.

Harry
