I cannot read a web page, it keeps refreshing on me, what the heck is happening?

Hi all,

Using jaws 18.0.4350, and windows 10, creators update, version 1709.

Here's the problem.

I get on a web page to read articles on it, and the darn thing keeps 
refreshing over and over again, about every 30 seconds or so, and jaws 
says internet explorer has stopped working and needs to close, and then 
the page refreshes again, and the same thing happens over and over.

I have jaws set to suppress all refreshes.

This is, absolutely, rediculous.

If this crap keeps happening, good bye internet, because I don't need 
this crap.

I won't use Microsoft Edge, because it's way too slow loading web pages, 
and, there is no first letter navigation.

Anyone have an idea how I can make this stuff stop happening?
