meaning to ask the following:
Which strains or brands of probiotics do you take regularly? What doses and
frequency?
Which strains or brands of probiotics do you take when you have been
glutened? What doses and frequency?
Are you medically diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or avoiding gluten because it
makes you feel better?
