Jim, I just downloaded and tested the Pontes Media converter on my PC running Windows 10 and JAWS 2020 and can report that all worked well over here. I downloaded a couple of Rod Stuart videos that I converted to MP3 that played flawlessly with Windows Media Player.

Someone suggested that there might be a problem converting YouTube to MP3 using the Ponte's Media option. While wondering around my main contact file, I noticed the below from previous emails on this subject. Give it a try. It may not have that limitation.
