Hi,

I am running JAWS 17 on a Windows 7 desktop. Sometimes when I open a PDF 
file and try to start OCR I receive a message that OCR failed to start. 
What are the possible explanations for this? The message gives no reason 
why the OCR failed to start nor any possible solutions.
