Psalms 4 4
Be angry and do not sin.
meditate within your heart on your bed and be still.
Ok, I am not sure about this one now.
Tell me what you guys think of it.
I am one of these people who can go to bed and have something which is
bothering me on my mind, and it is easy for me to lie awake with it rolling
around in my head and I lose a lot of sleep this way.
Jimmy evans has said how this is one of the ways which the devil can put
thoughts in your head and sew discourse between you and others.
Uses the word deobolose for the devil in this instance, which means the
slanderer or accuser. It means that if you have been fighting with your
wife and you go to bed on that anger, that the devil will come and start
accusing your wife of things which may not be true.
Not only do you know what they said but you start to believe that you know
what they meant by it and what they are up too.
so on.
There is another scripture which seems to go totally against this one and I
am not sure of the book or verse but it says do not let the sun go down on
your anger as it gives the devil, or deobalose a foot hold.
Matt
