That is great about your sister.  Theophostic is moving to a free online service as far as the study material is concerned but they are saying it won’t be until later this year.  They have also changed a number of their methods of counseling

Isn't it great that God has no  boundaries?!  I do know that there was a group that met on Skype before, but I don't know what they're like.
