A good place to go to get info on food and food products and exercise and
weight loss is

http://www.calorieking.com

I became a member and check in with my weight and measurments every week,
and have lost 30 pounds in eight months. The other members are really
friendly and helpful. There's a library with lots of good articles and
tools to figure out your proper weight and how many calories you burn doing
which types of exercises. There's a food database where you can look up
the calories and nutrients in foods. There are lots of forums where you can
dialog with other members about your struggles and triumphs. And no, I
don't get paid to plug them. <lol> I'm just really impressed with
it. And best of all, it's accessible for speech users!
