I'm using JAWS on my computer when I make Skype calls. I need to share my screen with other team members in another office. One of them is also blind and needs to hear what JAWS is saying. I find the volume for JAWS is very faint. I have looked through all of the audio settings on my computer including settings in the JAWS Settings Center. I called Freedom Scientific and the technician mentioned audio ducking. I don't know what that has to do with JAWS volume as the whole point of audio ducking is to lower the volume of other sounds when JAWS is speaking. Obviously the technician wasn't listening when I explained my problem. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Dan
