The saddest part is that the Microsoft Disability Answer line still recommends IE if 1 uses (or wants to use) Outlook (formerly Hotmail or

MSN) on the web. They are unable to say: "There is no accessible answer," they say "Let me send you the keystrokes,".  Very sad, indeed.
