Get ahold of the hospital ASAP and tell them that these cereals are not
allowed in a Celiac's diet. The only one that I am not sure of is
Crispix.
I have a copy of the Southern New Jersey Celiac Society Gluten Free
Products list and the following are the known good cereals:
Albers Hominy Quick Grits
Aunt Jemima Enriched Grits
" " White Hominy Grits
" " White Hominy Quick Grit
Featherweight corn flakes
" Crisp Rice
Health Valley Lites puffed brown rice
" Lites Puffed Golden Corn
Kellogs Corn Pops
Nabisco Cream of Rice
Post Cocoa Pebbles
" Fruity Pebbles
" Toasties Corn Flakes
Quaker Oats Enriched Grits
" Instant Grits
" Masa Harina
" Puffed Rice
" White Hominy Grits
" White Hominy Quick Grits
" Yellow Hominy Quick Grits
Ralston Purina Sun Flakes
Van Camps Golden Hominy
" White Hominy
These were verified in 1991 and 1992 with the exception of Kellogs Corn
Pops and Ralston Purina Sun Flakes which were verified in 1994.
I hope this helps! Good Luck.
