Hi list

Using Windows ten, whenever I delete something from the desktop, not often
but is usually either from documents and/or the recycle bin, it gives the
message more details and progress and when I try exit it keeps saying this
will cancel all transactions and regardless of whether I say yes or no it
goes into this loop and I can't get out of wherever I am, tried alt-F4 as
well and have to turn off computer from the button on the PC each time as
can't get to restart and sometimes says blocked shutdown, closing however
many apps happen to be open, three or five, etc, is there a way to fix this?
