The easiest way is probably to go into your bookmarks with alt+b, find
the bookmark you want to delete and then tap the context menu or
application key and arrow down to delete bookmark. You can also go into
show all bookmarks and just hit the delete key.

When you click on a link, you may be bringing up the new web page in
another tab or window. Try exploring around with control+tab or alt+tab.
You can also go into preferences, I think it's in the tools pulldown,
and set how you want tabs and windows to be handled.

Check out your downloads folder when downloading something. I think this
is the default. You can change this in the general settings. You can
also bring up the download manager by going into Tools -> Downloads or
hitting the keys control+shift+y.
