I've had the same problem. In fact, it happened a few minutes ago. My guess is that for some odd reason Firefox is loading web pages too slowly. JAWS says 'blank' because the page isn't completely loaded. When that happens I use NVDA with Firefox and pages load more quickly. There have been some ongoing issues with JAWS and Firefox and I don't think they have been sorted out yet.

I have JAWS 2021 and when I go to some websites using Firefox, JAWS says blank when I try to navigate on the screen. It doesn't seem to happen using Google Chrome. Any ideas?
