Hi Becky,

I would suggest several things. First, stop using Internet Explorer. It's a
dead browser and Microsoft doesn't support it. Learn to use Firefox, Chrome,
and Edge. I'm sure there are lots of people on this list who can help you.
Second, I'm not sure but I'm wondering if System Access isn't a dead
product. I haven't heard much of Serotek lately. You might try JAWS, NVDA,
or Narrator. Freedom Scientific offers an annual subscription for JAWS for
$90 I think. NVDA is free. Narrator is Microsoft's screenreader and it works
well with Edge. It's also a good idea to use multiple screenreaders and
browsers because each of them work better for some things and not for
others. Do some research. There's plenty of information on the Internet.
Chances are Chrome is already on your computer and Firefox is easy to
install.

The other issue you mentioned about not being able to open pages, I would
get your browser situation resolved before you set default home pages. I
hope this helps.

I know how to open internet explorer and google comes up. I open a new
window with control O and type in the web address I want to see. 
I get microsoft edge to open insted internet explorer. I use windows 10 with
system access. I am having lodes of trouble because I can't use edge because
the progrem does not work with it. now what? can you email me asap or call
