Here's the summary of the Nashville Ideas:
Hi Sara,
I live in Nashville and have Celiac. Here are some places that are great and safe.
Bar Taco -dairy free options
Mangia- I think they have some dairy free
Epice - dairy free options --does not say GF menu but most of it is GF and chef is really awesome. Call ahead of time. This is a more expensive dining experience.
Brixx -stick with the pizzas, they are cooked on separate pans and prepped in different area. Not sure about the other items. You don't want to get the dairy free cheese because it has gluten so stick with just sauce and toppings. I am sure there are more but these were my go to's before the pandemic. - Lindsay
Hi, Sara,
I lived in Nashville for 14 years and was diagnosed celiac while I lived there. It's changed a lot since the 3 years that I have moved away from there, but some of my favorites were: Gigi's cupcakes, Cupcake Connection (in German Town), Amerigo's, Bricktop's. There are tons of new restaurants there, and things are so much better now with the knowledge of gluten free options, I don't think you'll have much trouble finding yummy options. You may already use this, but the Find Me Gluten Free app is very helpful.
